Our mission

Turn youth potential into responsible institutional contribution

MYCDIC develops pathways through which members can participate in diplomacy awareness, international cooperation, youth programmes, cultural dialogue, research, public communication, technology, partnerships, and community service. Every role is connected to an approved office, mandate, reporting line, and accountability framework.

The Council serves Moroccan interests and builds bridges with young people and institutions internationally. Its work is not limited to one country or one community: it promotes cooperation, mutual respect, peace, skills, and shared youth-led solutions.

Our vision

A recognized international youth institution capable of connecting local action, national priorities, diaspora engagement, and global cooperation.

Our principles

Integrity, competence, institutional discipline, inclusion, Moroccan national constants, respect for partner countries, and evidence-based impact.

Our impact model

Strong members, active offices, documented projects, trusted partnerships, public reporting, and continuous performance evaluation.
