Created in support of the High Vision of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, the Council aims to empower youth to engage in parallel diplomacy, defend national causes—especially the Moroccan Sahara and represent Morocco on the international stage with pride and professionalism.
Registered officially in Spain, the Council supports Moroccan diplomacy and international cooperation by serving as a platform for training, strategic dialogue, and responsible youth engagement in global affairs.
